A Warm Hello From Apricot Tree Press
Dear Friend,
I'm writing with some exciting news and a heart full of gratitude. We've just opened Apricot Tree Press and Stationery in the historic Avenues neighborhood of Salt Lake City, and I couldn't be more thrilled to share this with you.
It feels like yesterday when I was dreaming about this while working as a graphic designer. Now, as I sit in our little studio, surrounded by the charm of a building from 1888 and the scent of apricot trees, I'm reminded of how dreams can take root in the most unexpected ways.
Jim, my partner in life and now in this venture, is as excited as I am. We've been setting up our studio, arranging our first collection of notecards, and talking endlessly about our plans. It’s been a journey filled with learning and laughter, and I wish you could see the look on Jim's face – it’s like he’s found a new hobby he never knew he needed!
Our vision for Apricot Tree Press and Stationery is simple – to create stationery that brings a smile, a moment of joy, a sense of connection. From notecards to custom creations and, hopefully one day, wedding stationery, we want to craft pieces that celebrate life's special moments.
We’re also dreaming of joining farmers markets and craft fairs, not just to sell our creations but to meet people like you, share stories, and enjoy the community spirit. Imagine us, a couple of years from now, setting up our little stall, chatting with neighbors, and being part of the local buzz – it's a thought that really makes us smile.
I wanted to share this with you because, in many ways, you’re a part of this journey too. Your support, your stories, and your friendship have been a constant source of inspiration.
If you ever find yourself in The Avenues, please drop by the studio. We’d love to catch up over a cup of coffee, show you our latest designs, or simply share a laugh. Until then, take care and know that you’re always welcome at Apricot Tree Press and Stationery.
Warmly, Jessica
(and a hello from Jim too!)
